Independent Status: We operate strictly as an independent, third-party service center.
Non-Affiliation: We are not an authorized service center for any specific AC brand (e.g., Voltas, Daikin, LG, Samsung, etc.). Any brand names used on this site are for descriptive purposes only to indicate our repair capabilities.
2. Service Area & Doorstep Delivery
We provide AC repair and maintenance services at the customer’s doorstep.
Our primary service area covers all of Chennai.
Customers must provide a safe and accessible environment for our technicians to perform the requested repairs.
3. Warranty Terms
We provide a clear warranty structure to ensure customer satisfaction:
Service Warranty: A 45-day warranty is provided on the labor/workmanship of the specific repair performed.
Spare Parts Warranty: A 90-day warranty is provided on spare parts replaced by our team.
Exclusions: The warranty is void if the unit is tampered with by any third party or the customer after our service, or if the damage is caused by external factors like fire, physical impact, or voltage fluctuations.
4. AI-Generated Imagery Disclosure
Identification Purpose: All images on this website are AI-generated by Google Gemini.
Illustrative Only: These images are used for illustrative and identification purposes to help customers visualize services (such as Gas Charging, PCB Repair, etc.). They do not represent actual past job sites, specific branded units, or the exact appearance of our technicians.
5. Pricing & Payments
All service charges and estimated spare part costs will be communicated to the customer after the initial inspection.
Payment is due immediately upon completion of the service.
Diagnostic/Visiting charges apply even if the customer chooses not to proceed with the suggested repair.
6. Limitation of Liability
As an independent service provider, Peak Cool AC Service is not liable for any pre-existing defects in the AC unit or damages resulting from the manufacturer’s design flaws. We are not responsible for any loss of warranty from the original manufacturer that may occur by using a third-party service center.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kallakurichi or Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
